Return & Exchange Policy

At STYLE XO, we are committed to delivering high-quality women's ethnic wear. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products purchased from STYLE XO.

As our products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch, all sales are considered final. We request customers to review the product description, size chart, and product images before placing an order.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The requested size must be available in stock.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, or have missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange unless the wrong size or incorrect product was sent by STYLE XO.

Please note that an exchange cannot be guaranteed if the requested size is out of stock.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and package.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
